This is a permanent, full-time role with a rotating roster, working Monday to Friday between 6:30 AM and 5:30 PM (no weekends!). The role will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling of our home care support services across the West region.
Our Schedulers need to take a commercial view, looking at routine efficiencies, kilometres travelled, outsourcing levels, while balancing the needs of our customers cultural and lifestyle preferences.

‘A week in the life’

Assist in scheduling client visits to staff with the appropriate skills in the appropriate areas, minimising staff travel and non-direct tasks.

Receive calls in relation to care recipient/external providers queries and ensure these are responded to in a timely manner.

Respond to calls appropriately within an administrative capacity.

Works with roster coordinator to ensure resources meet client demand.

Liaise with staff with regards to schedule changes.
What do we need from you?

Experience gained in a similar role including the navigation of multiple platforms.

Solid experience in administration

Problem solving skills

Confidence in decision making within a fast-paced environment.

Strong organisational skills

Intermediate computer literacy (MS Office)

Excellent communication skills

Team player
-
Police Check (valid within the last 3 years or willing to obtain)
