Responsibilities:
• Educate distributors, Factory Direct representatives, and Service
Technicians on PACE GPS product.
• Execute in-person training and system testing during PACE delivery to
customers.
• Forecast future needs related to shipments, inventory levels, and
fluctuating priorities.
• Develop strategies with Sales Reps, Regional Directors, and leadership team
to navigate competitive advantages and deal positioning.
• Identify process improvements throughout delivery and training activities
and establish policies and procedures to provide necessary customer service
and promote good customer relations.
• Travel throughout assigned territory to provide on-site issue testing and
functionality resolution.
• Provide Sales support & assistance to Factory Direct sales along with
Distributors to increase Pace install base.
• Ensure good customer relationships are maintained and customer claims and
complaints are handled fairly and effectively.
• Develop organization wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate
customers and implement improvement plans in response to customer surveys.
• Contribute to a culture of respect, dignity, and inclusion, where everyone
feels heard and understood, empowered, and valued.
