• Identify key Commercial Distributors in assigned Region and execute
Agreements to formalize these relationships.
• Own assigned Region and create compelling growth strategies that contribute
to company level differentiation targeted at driving Commercial growth.
• Lead Commercial Distributor sales teams in way that delivers commercial
vehicle and connectivity growth across all commercial verticals.
• Leverage Global Strategic and Government Accounts to expand market share
• Travel extensively throughout Region to model the way and elevate Commercial
Distributor Performance.
• Continuously monitor competitive influence to ensure proper strategic
positioning.
• Ensure all sales are properly routed through company fulfilment system in a
timely and systematic manner, while ensuring order quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient execution and provide
voice of customer feedback.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, annual, and other financial metrics that are
aligned to the Annual Operating Plan.
• Work daily in SalesForce CRM system to ensure data accuracy with commercial
pipeline, contacts, activities, and other information.
• Complete all monthly reporting, pipeline, and forecasting requirements.
