Responsibilities:
- Allocate and process all incoming and outgoing orders in SAP between internal storage locations.
- Assist in prioritizing and organizing parts for shipments.
- Identify priority orders and collaborate with forklift operators to pull and stage for immediate pickup or delivery.
- Review processed orders and materials to ensure parts are in the appropriate shipping lanes according to priority level allowing
- Shipping/Receiving Coordinators to request the appropriate method for shipment.
- Troubleshoot errors and exceptions for allocations and processing that occur in SAP, to include the reallocation of transfer orders for inventory discrepancies to fulfill timely transfers for priority orders.
- Utilize internal material delivery systems to ensure material is repacked in the appropriate manner.
- Assist in identifying and providing possible solutions for inventory discrepancies.
