Responsibilities:
• Partner with Planning, Product Management, and Supervision to develop,
prioritize and complete production orders each week.
• Place orders for parts, relieve demand, and move materials systematically
using various transactions in SAP.
• Coordinate with warehouse and shipping departments to get materials
physically moved from various warehouse locations.
• Disassemble and assemble electronic components based on production order
needs.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and IT to upload specific course software
to each shield and printer based on production order requirements.
• Upload stock and course software to software to Tablets through various
programs based on production order requirements.
• Electronically and physically track devices to serial numbers to ensure the
right components make it to the right customers.
• Test tablets, shields and printers for functionality through online
programs.
• Prepare pallets for shipping, labeling boxes and coordinating with Logistics
for shipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment and programs with subject matter experts.
