Senior Analyst, Data & Intelligence

As a Senior Analyst, Data & Intelligence at Zeno, you will lead analytics and measurement workstreams that help clients understand performance, uncover opportunities and demonstrate impact. Working closely with account teams, digital specialists and analytics leaders, you will translate data into actionable insights that inform strategy, optimize programs and support business outcomes.

This role is ideal for an analytically minded professional who enjoys both hands-on analysis and strategic thinking. You'll have the opportunity to lead reporting initiatives, mentor junior team members and contribute to innovative measurement approaches across a variety of clients and industries.

About the Role:

  • Analytics & Measurement Strategy: Support integrated measurement programs across earned, owned, shared and paid channels, helping define KPIs, measurement frameworks and success metrics aligned with client objectives.

  • Data Analysis & Insight Development: Analyze data from a variety of sources to identify trends, opportunities and actionable insights that support communications and business goals.

  • Reporting & Visualization: Lead reporting initiatives from data collection through final delivery, developing dashboards, reports and visualizations that communicate performance clearly and effectively.

  • Data Quality & Analytics Operations: Ensure data accuracy through quality assurance processes, data validation and integration of multiple data sources into cohesive reporting solutions.

  • AI & Emerging Technologies: Leverage AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to improve research, reporting, workflow efficiency and insight generation while maintaining analytical rigor and quality.

  • Client & Team Collaboration: Partner with account teams and internal stakeholders to communicate findings, support strategic recommendations and contribute to client-facing discussions.

  • Mentorship & Professional Development: Support and mentor junior analysts while helping advance best practices, analytical capabilities and reporting excellence across the team.

About You:

  • 3+ years of experience in analytics, intelligence, media measurement, marketing analytics, communications analytics or related fields within an agency, consulting or client-service environment.

  • Experience managing reporting and analytics projects from data collection through insight development and presentation.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations.

  • Experience working with communications, media, digital or marketing measurement frameworks.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Experience working with analytics, media intelligence and reporting platforms such as Muck Rack, Talkwalker, Meltwater, NewsWhip, Brandwatch, Helixa, Traackr, Similarweb, Profound or comparable tools.

  • Familiarity with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI or similar tools.

  • Experience applying AI-enabled tools and workflows to research, reporting or analytical processes.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to a variety of audiences.

  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple projects and priorities.

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and disciplines.

  • Curiosity about emerging trends in analytics, AI, media and communications measurement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with paid media analytics, attribution or campaign measurement.

  • Familiarity with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.

  • Experience working with data integration, dashboard development or business intelligence tools.

  • Experience mentoring junior team members or supporting team development initiatives.

Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000 USD/yr.

An employee 's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region- specific benefits.
