Your mission
- Take ownership of the operation, administration, and continuous improvement of our international IT landscape, covering Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, Windows and Linux environments, networks, virtualization, and security solutions
- Serve as a key point of contact for our employees, handling, qualifying, and resolving IT-related requests through our ITSM platform, Freshservice, as part of 1st and 2nd level support
- Ensure a secure, stable, and high-performing IT environment by implementing and maintaining technical and organizational security measures to protect against cyber threats
- Provision, configure, and manage modern workplace devices, notebooks, and end-user hardware through Microsoft Intune, while supporting a seamless onboarding experience for new employees
- Contribute actively to IT infrastructure, cloud, and digitalization projects, helping drive the continuous evolution of our IT services
- Collaborate closely with international IT teams across the Septeo Group and support the implementation of group-wide IT, security, and compliance standards at our local sites
- Create and maintain technical documentation and support compliance with information security requirements, including ISO 27001 standards
Your profile
- Successfully completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (or a comparable qualification)
- Initial to several years of professional experience in IT support, helpdesk, system administration, or a similar IT role, depending on your level of experience
- Solid knowledge of administering Microsoft Windows environments, including Windows client and server operating systems
- Ideally, experience working in multi-site IT environments and with modern IT infrastructures
- A strong affinity for IT and a genuine interest in emerging technologies, digital workplaces, and IT security
- Experience with AI-powered tools, or a willingness to leverage them to improve efficiency and automate recurring tasks and processes
- An analytical mindset combined with a structured and pragmatic approach to solving technical challenges
- A self-driven, reliable, and accountable way of working, paired with a strong service-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of users and stakeholders
- Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken

You’ll be joining our team of seven, most of whom are based on-site in
Karlsruhe. We value personal collaboration and exchange, while our hybrid
working model gives you the flexibility to combine office and remote work.
