Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for various systems and components, ensuring adherence to industry standards and specifications.
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate advanced testing equipment (e.g., Edaq, thermocouples, strain gauges, current clamps, load cells, PLC, etc.) and manage scheduled maintenance.
- Collect, analyze, and document test data, providing detailed reports and actionable insights to support product development and improvement.
- Identify and resolve complex issues during testing, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Design, plan, develop, and build new test equipment to meet evolving testing requirements and improve testing efficiency.
- Work closely with design, automotive, electronics, electrical, industrial maintenance, and mechanical teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes and results.
- Facilitate cross-training and skill development opportunities for team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and lead advanced safety training initiatives.
- Drive quality assurance by aligning testing with standards, updating SOPs, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
