Responsibilities:
- Drive product knowledge, channel acceptance, and sales productivity in the consumer market.
- Develop and implement competitive plans and strategies to cultivate new business opportunities.
- Manage dealer and distributor sales training.
- Maintain sales and market information within CRM platform.
- Collaborate with legal and sales departments to process and complete dealer terminations.
- Complete territory channel report on a monthly basis via MMR.
- Communicate product information to applicable company representatives concerning possible field product problems.
- Develop existing channel partners with the implementation of support tools and training to drive organic growth within the business.
- Provide competitive intelligence to leadership on product trends, competitive programs, and other market intelligence to support consumer sales efforts.
- Perform distribution gap analysis to support dealer development actions and additional planning.
- Collaborate with management team on development of new product or service features that will meet current and future customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal departments in the development and implementation of strategies, plans, and business models.
