Asst General Counsel at Textron Specialized Vehicles

Coordinate Requests for Information (RFIs)/Requests for Proposal (RFPs)/Requests for Quotation (RFQs) with internal and external customers.
Draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts (distribution, licensing, strategic sourcing, state and local government procurements, and various sales and services agreements).
Extensive experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Software as a Service (SAAS) agreement, including data processing agreements that address complex data privacy requirements and regulatory compliance.
Proven ability to prepare and negotiate Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring clear expectations for service delivery, performance standards, and data protection obligations.
Be a principal advisor to sales and procurement professionals on a broad range of commercial and government contracting issues involving domestic and international customers and vendors.
Support and implement process improvement techniques to assist in the development of TSV’s legal institutional knowledge, and to ensure that TSV sales and procurement activities are conducted in compliance with TSV policy and applicable law.
Assist with the evaluation of potential dealers and distributors in accordance with Textron’s Global Anti-Corruption Compliance program.
Provide training and support for Textron’s Ethics & Compliance program, including managing investigations,
reviewing, and approving gifts, hospitality, and travel requests for compliance.
