at Archbee

The role
We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to run campaigns and drive growth with a strong focus on paid acquisition.
You’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing , who owns strategy and
direction.
You’ll own the execution. Especially paid.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll be in the ad accounts, in the dashboards, and in the experiments.
What you’ll do
You’ll turn strategy into results. Including:
Paid ads (core focus)
Google Ads
- Build and manage search campaigns (high-intent keywords)
- Write and test ad copy, extensions, and landing pages
- Improve performance through ongoing keyword expansion, negatives, and bidding tweaks
LinkedIn Ads
- Launch and optimize campaigns for B2B audiences
- Test targeting (job titles, industries, company size, retargeting)
- Build a repeatable system for testing creatives and messaging
Reddit Ads
- Run experiments in relevant subreddits and interest groups
- Test technical messaging that feels native (and doesn’t sound like a banner ad)
- Learn what converts without burning budget
Across all paid channels
- Own budget pacing and performance tracking
- Run A/B tests weekly (copy, creative, audience, landing page)
- Optimize toward pipeline and revenue, not just clicks
Landing pages + conversion
- Build and iterate landing pages for paid campaigns
- Improve conversion rates (signup/demo) through testing and clearer messaging
- Work with the team to make pages faster, simpler, and more persuasive
Retargeting + lifecycle support
- Set up retargeting flows across channels
- Coordinate with email nurture and product onboarding
- Reduce drop-offs between “interest” → “demo” → “customer”
Campaign ops
- Own the campaign calendar and execution checklist
- Coordinate launches so ads, landing pages, tracking, and follow-up are aligned
- Keep campaigns organized and easy to understand (even months later)
Reporting + analytics
- Track performance end-to-end: spend → leads → demos → pipeline
- Maintain clean dashboards and weekly updates
- Spot patterns early and propose next experiments
What success looks like (first 90 days)
By day 30
- You’ve launched and cleaned up our core paid setup (tracking + structure)
- You’re running weekly tests on Google + LinkedIn
- You’ve shipped landing page improvements tied to campaigns
By day 60
- You’ve found early winners (keywords, audiences, messages)
- You’re scaling what works and killing what doesn’t
- Retargeting and nurture are tighter and more consistent
By day 90
- Paid becomes a reliable growth lever
- We have a repeatable process for testing and improving CAC
- Marketing execution feels faster, sharper, and more measurable
You might be a fit if you…
- Have hands-on experience running Google Ads + LinkedIn Ads
- Know how to structure campaigns cleanly (and not create chaos)
- Enjoy experimentation and iteration
- Can write strong ad copy and simple landing page messaging
- Think in numbers: CTR, CVR, CAC, payback, pipeline
- Are organized and consistent (paid rewards consistency)
- Don’t need a huge team to do great work
Bonus points if you’ve worked with
- Reddit Ads (or marketing to developer communities)
- Technical audiences (engineering, product, support, DevOps)
- B2B SaaS or developer tools
- Retargeting, conversion tracking, and attribution basics
- Tools like HubSpot, GA4
Why this role is interesting
- You’ll have real ownership over paid growth
- You’ll work directly with a Head of Marketing and leadership
- You’ll run experiments fast and see impact quickly
- You’ll help build the paid acquisition engine from the ground up
