SVP, Corporate Affairs

As an SVP, Corporate Affairs at Zeno, you will lead integrated communications programs for some of the world's most recognized brands and organizations. Working closely with senior clients, executive stakeholders and agency leadership, you will develop strategies spanning reputation management, executive visibility, internal communications, financial communications, media relations and stakeholder engagement.

This is an opportunity for a senior communications leader to shape high-impact programs, deepen client relationships, drive business growth and help organizations navigate an increasingly dynamic communications landscape.

About the Role:

  • Reputation Management & Corporate Strategy: Lead integrated communications strategies that connect business priorities to reputation, stakeholder engagement and measurable business outcomes.

  • Executive Visibility & Strategic Counsel: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and client stakeholders, helping shape narratives, guide communications strategies and navigate complex business challenges.

  • Media Relations & Earned Communications: Develop media relations strategies and oversee outreach efforts that drive meaningful coverage across business, financial, trade and industry media.

  • Internal & Financial Communications: Support executive, employee and financial communications initiatives that help organizations engage stakeholders and communicate effectively during key business moments.

  • Client Leadership & Business Growth: Build and strengthen client relationships, identify opportunities to expand engagements and lead new business efforts that contribute to agency growth.

  • Team Leadership & Talent Development: Mentor and develop team members while fostering a collaborative environment where people can learn, grow and do their best work.

  • Operational & Financial Management: Oversee account performance, staffing, forecasting and profitability while ensuring high-quality work and strong client service.

  • Industry Leadership & Knowledge Sharing: Monitor emerging trends, share best practices and help advance the agency's corporate affairs capabilities through thought leadership and continuous learning.

About You:

  • 15+ years of experience in corporate affairs, corporate communications, public relations or related fields within an agency or other fast-paced environment.

  • Proven success developing communications strategies that drive business, stakeholder and reputational outcomes.

  • Demonstrated ability to advise senior executives and build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders.

  • Strong understanding of reputation management, executive communications, internal communications and media relations.

  • Proven success building relationships with national business, financial and industry media.

  • Exceptional writing, editing, presentation and storytelling skills, with experience developing executive communications and leading client presentations.

  • Experience leading business development efforts, growing client relationships and contributing to agency growth.

  • Strong financial and operational management skills, including experience managing budgets, forecasting and account profitability.

  • Ability to think strategically and creatively about complex business and communications challenges.

  • Collaborative leadership style with experience mentoring, coaching and developing talent.

  • Curiosity about emerging communications trends, evolving stakeholder expectations and the future of corporate affairs.

Pay Range: $150,000 - $200,000 USD/yr.

An employee 's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region- specific benefits.
