Key Responsibilities-
Program Design
1.1. Spearhead the identification and prioritisation of training based on Jindal Stainless Limited’s business needs
1.2. Ensure the development of SoPs, templates, guidelines related to program design and development (e.g. TNA, pilot
testing etc) for all academic and skill development programs.
1.3. Oversee the creation of qualification packs and micro-credentials for different stainless steel (SS) grades &
applications
1.4. Ensure the development of comprehensive curriculum and content for new programs informed by the identified
training needs.
1.5. Ensure periodic review and upgradation of existing programs based on industry developments and learner feedback
1.6. Supervise the creation of assessment methodologies and tools aligned to NCVET guidelines for robust
measurement of learning outcomes
2. Program Planning
2.1. Lead the pilot trial for all new programs; adjust the program design by collecting feedback from the beneficiaries and
trainers/faculty, facilitated by the Monitoring & Assessment Team
2.2. Oversee the budgeting and macro-planning for the roll-out of all programs including risk and mitigation planning
2.3. Oversee the design and organisation of regular capacity-building sessions/ Training of Trainers (ToTs) for all faculty
and trainers, including the development of learning materials for these training sessions.

2.4. Finalise the selection of partners for training delivery with the Ecosystem Development Team.

Work Experience

1. 15-18 years of total work experience
2. Experience leading the design, development and delivery of capacity building & training programs in education/skill development/corporate academy.
3. Desirable
4. Any relevant experience in a metallurgy or related industry will be an advantage
