Short description
Do you want to actively shape digital services and help decide which solutions
customers can successfully adopt? Are you equally comfortable understanding
customer requirements and technical constraints, and excited about driving the
evolution of a modern Managed Services portfolio in the Legal Tech
environment?
Then we're looking for you!
In this role, you will take ownership of our Managed Services portfolio from a
functional and strategic perspective. You will assess customer requirements,
further develop existing services, and collaborate closely with internal teams
as well as external service providers to design the best possible solutions
for our customers.
Location : Remote within Germany | On-site presence approximately once per month.
Your mission
- Responsibility for the development, enhancement, and management of our Managed Services portfolio within the Legal Tech environment
- Evaluation of customer requirements and assessment of the technical and commercial feasibility of Managed Services solutions
- Design and optimization of service offerings, including pricing, scope of services, and market positioning
- Support for Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing in product positioning, customer consulting, and go-to-market activities
- Analysis of customer feedback, market demands, and usage trends to continuously improve and expand the portfolio
- Management and prioritization of product requirements in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Advising customers on Managed Services, hosting models, and cloud-based solutions
- Ownership of the continuous development and enhancement of our Web Academy content
- Coordination of updates to existing training and product content in collaboration with the Customer Success team
- Ensuring consistent, accurate, and up-to-date knowledge transfer for customers and internal teams alike
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience in Product Management, Customer Success, Consulting, Solution Engineering, or a comparable cross-functional role
- Experience in SaaS, software, hosting, cloud, or managed services environments
- Strong understanding of software solutions, cloud architectures, and customer-centric service offerings
- Ability to balance and connect technical, commercial, and customer-related requirements
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders
- A strong sense of ownership and a proactive mindset when it comes to developing and improving products and services
- Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Service Operations
- High level of IT affinity and a strong interest in modern technologies and AI-powered software solutions
- Fluency in German and good written and spoken English skills
Nice to have:
- Experience in the Legal Tech industry
- Experience in Customer Enablement, Training, or E-Learning initiatives
