What we’re building
Respan is building the self-driving
observability and evals platform for AI teams, used by 60+ YC companies and
hundreds of AI teams.
The role
You will sit at the intersection of engineering and community. Your job is to make developers successful with Respan by creating world-class content, building reference implementations, and showing up where developers are. This is a deeply technical role. You will write code every day, and your work will directly shape how thousands of AI engineers experience our platform.
What you’ll do:
- Create technical content including blog posts, tutorials, videos, and example projects
- Build and maintain sample applications and integration guides
- Represent Respan at conferences, meetups, and online communities
- Collect developer feedback and advocate for improvements internally
- Grow and engage our open-source and developer community
What you must have:
- Strong software engineering background with hands-on coding ability
- Excellent technical writing skills
- Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI application development
What is nice to have:
- Experience building developer communities or running a technical blog or YouTube channel
- Public speaking experience at conferences or meetups
- Contributions to open-source projects
- Experience with observability or developer tooling products
