Scope of the position

Incoming (vendor) invoice processing, workflow monitoring and actions, vendor account monitoring and reconciliation, other accounts payable related tasks such as but not limited to: process documentation.

*As part of our AP team, you will:*

• Manage vendor invoices in line with current regulatory requirements.
• Monitor workflows and take action to resolve open items promptly.
• Reconcile vendor accounts, including posting advance invoices, compensations, and assigned payments.
• Support month-end closing activities, such as GR/IR account reconciliation, accrual calculations, and other tasks according to the closing plan.
• Document and improve processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory changes and driving efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects, helping us innovate and optimize our operations.

What Makes You Successful

• Completed secondary education.
• 0–3 years of experience, ideally in accounting or accounts payable.
• Intermediate English proficiency, fluent Hungarian
• Strong computer skills and a customer-focused mindset.
