Head of Brand & Content
We're looking for a Head of Brand & Content to own how ADA shows up in the world, from strategy to execution, and from first impression to bottom of funnel.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role. You will think in systems and act in sprints. You're equally at home setting brand strategy and shipping a campaign brief by end of day.
Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Guardianship
- Own the implementation of ADA’s brand strategy, its positioning, personality, and narrative as the company scales
- Protect brand integrity across every touchpoint, channel, and team, ensuring world-class standards
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring they stay practical, current, and actually used
- Apply the brand consistently across campaigns, sales materials, product messaging, events, and digital presence
- Partner with leadership to ensure the brand reflects ADA's market position and ambition at all times
Content & Campaign Direction
- Define and lead content strategy across all key channels: web, social, email, events, and sales enablement
- Translate business priorities into campaign directions, content frameworks, and integrated marketing initiatives
- Partner with practice leads and product marketers to craft messaging that clearly communicates ADA's value
- Build a content engine that drives pipeline
- Produce across formats: long-form, short-form, decks, scripts, campaign copy, social. You will direct and create!
- The role is hands on, you will be creating the content at ADA
Creative & Content Management
- Lead and manage internal specialists: designers etc and manage the entire ecosystem, ensuring we are surrounded by the right talent and resources to execute our content vision
- Provide clear briefs, sharp direction, and structured feedback to ensure consistently high-quality output
- Work with freelance creative and video resources for concept refinement and production scale
- Serve as the first and final layer of approval on visual quality, messaging clarity, and brand consistency
Workflow & Operations
- Own the creative pipeline: prioritization, resource allocation, and timeline management across all requests
- Design scalable, efficient workflows from brief intake to final delivery, including templates, systems, and automation
- Manage the balance between internal team capacity and external freelancer support
- Act as the key point of contact for all brand and marketing requests across the business
- Align stakeholders on scope, timelines, and output expectations and manage upward to prevent scope creep
Trends & Market Intelligence
- Stay ahead of shifts in B2B marketing, content formats, AI-powered production, and category narratives
- Bring market signals back into ADA's strategy before the competition catches up
- Continuously test new formats, channels, and production tools to keep ADA's content sharp and differentiated
What You Bring
- Min 5 years of experience in brand, marketing, or integrated communications: B2B, digital, or tech environments strongly preferred
- Proven track record owning a brand end-to-end: strategy and execution, not just one or the other
- Deep fluency in B2B messaging and funnel dynamics, from awareness to late-stage consideration
- Mastery of AI tools and ability to create workflows and automated systems (using LLMs for some copy is NOT enough)
- Content production: knowledge and experience on how content is produced
- Strong experience managing designers, writers, and external vendors or freelancers
- Solid understanding of content strategy, brand systems, and multi-channel marketing
- Highly operational: you can build workflows, manage pipelines, and maintain quality at scale
- A strong production instinct: you write, you build
- Ability to collaborate, work in a team, manage stakeholders
