About The ECommerce Department

ADA's eCommerce department optimizes brands’ presence and marketing performance on marketplaces and brand-owned eCommerce sites to deliver real business outcomes through innovative eCommerce solutions.

JOB OVERALL

Direct report: Planning Manager

Subordinate: Yes

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Establish, review, and refine demand/supply planning models to support business growth, especially for high-complexity campaigns.

Stakeholder Leadership: Act as the key bridge between Commercial, Logistics, and Suppliers to align demand signals with supply capabilities and lead S&OP; (Sales & Operations Planning) alignments.

Key Tasks

• Review daily/weekly customer order fulfillment plans, ensuring accurate lead times and quantity commitments.

• Finalize supplier replenishment & submit purchase order to supplier (confirm quanitiy & expected delivery date)

• Formulate and execute action plans with Commercial and Warehouse teams to clear non-moving, obsolete, and slow-moving (SLOB) inventory.

• Monitor sales trends, perform root-cause analysis on demand anomalies (spikes/drops), and proactively adjust safety stock levels.

• Lead the supply planning readiness for mega-campaigns and product launches, managing high-volume volatility and complex logistical constraints.

• Monitor and drive team to achieve planning KPIs.

Technical Experience

• At least 3 years experiences in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, or Inventory Management, FMCG, Retail, or E-commerce environment.

• Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain dynamics, including Warehouse operations, Logistics, Customs, and Inbound/Outbound constraints.

• Proficiency in data (Advanced Excel is a must; experience with SQL, Power BI, is highly preferred).

• Good sense with numbers and data

Soft Skills

• High analytical capability - good with numbers

• Clear verbal & written communication skill set

• Preferably with good negotiation skillset

• Sensitive & ability to stick to timelines/schedules in consistent manner.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
