Role & responsibilties:

•Work with livestream equipment vendors for any tech issues or warranty policy related to equipments and check equipments before and after every livestream, training for Account Executive for livestream set up in basic level

•Set up OBS using the correct visual assets based on the campaign dates

•Set up Product Set sequence based on the focused SKU & operation livestream including: ping voucher, ping products, coin and mini game set up

•Test mics, set up camera and lighting before every livestream

•Troubleshoot any technical issue arrives during stream

- Asset management: ensure all livestream room assets remain intact.

- Check host attendance
