Job Description
1. Strategy Formulation and Implementation:

Support the definition, articulation and to drive SingPost’s business strategies, which should address the evolving market landscape, competitive dynamics, and future growth opportunities..

Support the annual strategic planning and budgeting process.
2. Market Intelligence and Analysis:
-
Conduct structured, ongoing analysis of major markets, adjacent opportunities, and competitors to provide data-driven insights into market economics and strategic relevance.

Conduct in-depth research, data-driven, and qualitative analysis to develop recommendations and meeting briefs for Senior Management engagements (internal and external).
3. Strategic Initiatives and Project Management:
-
Coordinate and track SingPost's strategic initiatives and projects, ensuring timely progression, objective achievement, and necessary support for action items from origination to execution.

Lead and/or coordinate allocated projects involving multiple stakeholders, including senior executives and cross-functional teams.

Work with internal group colleagues, aligning BU needs with company objectives.
4. Executive and Stakeholder Support:
- Support Senior Management in developing high-impact communications materials for senior stakeholder engagements, including content for presentations to key stakeholders like the Board of Directors.
*Education & Certifications:*
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
Requirements:
• 2-3 years in Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, or Strategic Planning (Preferably with a logistics background)
