As a Billing Specialist you are a key partner for business units, sales,
finance teams and customers. You ensure contract‑accurate invoicing, maintain
high‑quality billing records and support our month‑end reporting with clarity
and precision.
Your work ensures that revenue is recognized correctly, customer accounts stay
clean and decision‑makers have reliable billing data. You help streamline
processes, improve effectiveness and support continuous operational
excellence.

Review customer contracts and ensure accurate, compliant invoicing

Generate invoices, process billing adjustments and maintain clean billing documentation
-
Collaborate with business units, sales, finance and customers to resolve inquiries and discrepancies

Manage customer portals (e.g., Ariba, Coupa) and handle invoice submissions
-
Support month‑end closing activities and prepare monthly or ad‑hoc reporting data
-
Recommend process improvements and contribute to operational effectiveness

Assist auditors and take part in special assignments and ongoing initiatives

Minimum 2 years of experience in billing and a degree in Accounting (preferred)

Very good English skills and strong communication abilities

Solid numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail

Proficiency in MS Office , especially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP); Oracle is a plus

Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks
