We are hiring an EMEA HR Generalist to support our HR Business Partners across the region, with a primary focus on Spain and the UK. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys owning HR delivery, building trusted relationships, and supporting employees and managers across diverse markets and business units.
You will act as an extension of the HR Business Partner team, owning end-to- end delivery of key HR processes while serving as a first point of contact for managers and employees. The role offers strong autonomy, regional exposure, and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful HR work in a stable, global organization.
Success in this role means ensuring smooth HR operations, supporting managers effectively, reducing operational workload for HRBPs, and proactively using HR data to identify trends and improve decision-making.

- Provide day-to-day HR support across EMEA, with a focus on Spain and the UK
- Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on standard HR matters
- Support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding processes
- Partner with HR Business Partners and the Employee Relations team on disciplinary and grievance cases
- Draft HR documentation in line with local employment legislation
- Support compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews and bonus cycles
- Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development planning
- Support performance improvement plans and follow-up actions
- Ensure compliance with Spain and UK employment law
- Maintain accurate HR data and support reporting requirements
- Produce HR dashboards and identify trends to support decision-making
- Support HR projects and regional initiatives, ensuring delivery and alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with HR functions and business units to drive adoption of HR initiatives
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives and policy implementation

Assist with organizational change activities, including restructures, mergers, and acquisitions

Strong HR generalist experience in international or multinational companies, around 5-6 years.
- Solid knowledge of Spanish and UK employment law
- Experience managing or supporting employee relations cases
- Experience working with HR Business Partners and cross-functional HR teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and provide insights
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable approach
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity across the EMEA region
