Role Summary

ADA is seeking a strategic, commercially driven, and customer-centric Key Account Director – Identity & Trust to lead enterprise growth across authentication, verification, fraud prevention, and conversational engagement solutions. This role is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with strategic accounts, driving revenue growth, and positioning ADA as a trusted partner for digital identity, trust, and conversational AI.

The ideal candidate combines strong enterprise sales capabilities with deep understanding of digital authentication ecosystems, CPaaS, conversational AI, customer engagement, and trust-based digital solutions across industries such as financial services, telecommunications, digital platforms, e-commerce, and enterprises.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Account Management

• Own and grow relationships with key enterprise accounts and strategic partners across assigned markets.

• Develop long-term account strategies aligned with customer business priorities and digital transformation objectives.

• Build executive-level relationships with decision makers including CIOs, CTOs, CMOs, Procurement and Customer Experience leaders.

• Serve as the primary commercial and strategic point of contact for Identity & Trust solutions.

Revenue Growth & Business Development

• Drive revenue growth across ADA’s Identity & Trust portfolio including authentication, verification, OTP, anti-fraud, messaging, and conversational AI solutions.

• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and acquire new strategic enterprise customers.

• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from opportunity development to negotiation and closure.

• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with strong forecasting discipline.

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored commercial proposals and enterprise solution strategies.

• Identify emerging market trends in digital identity, authentication, conversational AI, and trust ecosystems.

• Build relationships with operators and industry player to gather insights on innovation and industry solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with regional and local teams across sales, operations, product, finance, legal, and delivery.

• Ensure smooth implementation and customer onboarding for enterprise deployments.

• Drive customer success, retention, and long-term account expansion.

• Support regional alignment and replication of successful enterprise use cases.


Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Telecommunications, Marketing, or related fields.

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, business development, or consultative selling.

• Strong experience in one or more of the following areas:

o Authentication and identity solutions

o CPaaS and messaging services

o Conversational AI and customer engagement platforms

o Fraud prevention and digital trust solutions

o Telecommunications or enterprise technology solutions

• Proven track record of managing large enterprise accounts and delivering revenue growth.

• Strong understanding of enterprise digital transformation and customer engagement ecosystems.

• Experience working with financial services, digital platforms, telecom operators, or large enterprises is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to navigate complex regional enterprise environments and multi- country engagements.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and execution capabilities.
