Purpose of this Position
-
Maintain good relationship with customer by providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support to Key Accounts & Preferred Account (KA &PA).

Provide technical consulting and problem solving.

Support PoC, FAT and product testing****

Provide technical training and on-site seminars to customers
-
Support additional task required by supervisor to achieve strategic objectives
Major Areas of Responsibility
-
Work closely with the CSM/RSM/BDM/KAM to provide technical support & solutions for KA & PA -
To answer request for proposal
To resolve customer's applications via technical expertise. To obtain customer satisfaction. -
Project support in Pre-sales stage
Tender Document study and analysis.
To propose suitable solutions, execute POC (Proof of Concept) and FAT (Factory acceptance test) for Moxa's channels and end customers
Support pre-sales activities such as seminars, customer visit, exhibition, to present product features and value proposition.
3. To provide Internal/External technical training to either Moxa colleagues or customer
