About the Role
As an Integration Developer at Höegh Autoliners, you’ll play a key role in powering the digital connections behind our global shipping and logistics operations. Your work will help connect customers, terminals, suppliers, vessels, and business systems across our worldwide network, enabling seamless and reliable information flow.
Working closely with both business and technology teams, you’ll transform operational needs into scalable integration solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, and collaboration across critical processes—from customer bookings and cargo operations to vessel planning and terminal activities.
What You’ll Do

Lead and coordinate integration projects from requirements gathering through deployment, connecting both internal systems (A2A) and external partners such as customers, agents, and terminals (B2B)

Collaborate with business users and external stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend effective integration solutions

Design, build, test, and implement integrations using APIs, EDI, and other integration technologies

Manage incoming tickets and projects through the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and support

Create and maintain technical documentation to support troubleshooting, knowledge sharing, and system maintenance

Contribute to process improvements within the integration team

Maintain and support existing integration solutions and systems

Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by the Immediate Manager or Authorized Representative
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field
-
3–4 years of experience in programming and databases (recent graduates with strong technical aptitude are also encouraged to apply)

Strong problem-solving, testing, and programming skills
-
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Strong English communication skills; Norwegian is a plus
Nice to Have
Experience or knowledge in any of the following is an advantage, but not required:

Cloud platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Oracle Cloud

Integration platforms: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Integration Services

XSLT programming

Oracle database knowledge

API and REST development using JSON, Java, or Python
