Maintenance Manager at Adf Group

General Expectations and Responsibilities

Receives and processes maintenance requests as they are developed from various departments.
Direct maintenance personnel to execute maintenance requests according to priority.
Work with the purchasing department to procure replacement components for equipment.
Troubleshoot equipment such as electrical installations, overhead cranes, CNC equipment, and rolling stock.
Manage the maintenance crew.
Facilitates testing equipment to locate defects and measure performance.
Determines the need for adjustments and verifies specified and proper operation.
May be assigned to operate a variety of equipment including forklifts, cranes, loaders, and various production equipment.
Organizes various inspections for the facility to comply with regulatory requirements.
Knowledge of facilities maintenance, electrical circuits, and machine functions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Perform effective diagnostic testing and troubleshooting.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Perform effective diagnostic testing and troubleshooting.
Performs other duties as assigned.
