General Expectations and Responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy of inventory data.
- Verify and inspect the goods received from the suppliers.
- Notify the purchaser if the goods do not meet the requirements or are damaged.
- Store and classify the goods optimally and safely.
- Maintain inventory records. Records inputs and outputs of the stockroom goods.
- Manage stockroom inventory and the minimum stock to be kept in stock.
- Ensure major repairs are made by in-house maintenance or outside repair outlets.
- Perform minor repairs on tools, air hoses, torch hoses, etc.
- Issue tools and supplies to individuals.
- Forward the documents received signed and dated to the Purchasing Department.
- Prepare the requisition for consumable and non-consumable products to the Purchasing Department.
- Prepare/provide the consumable and non-consumable products required for fabrication.
- Maintain order and cleanliness of the stockroom.
- Conduct a periodic inventory count.
- Any other related tasks
