Our bustling café sits at the heart of the guest experience, and we are looking for a passionate, reliable leader to help us maintain our high standards of service.

The Role

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Supervisor to maintain exceptional customer service and presentation within the restaurant; to start as early as July 2026.

As the Cafe Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the seamless delivery of food and beverages, managing all aspects of customer service within the Café. This hands-on position includes supervising the team during your shift, ensuring the efficient operation of the Café, from setup to cleanup.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a comparable role preferred.
  • Must be hands on and take ownership of day-to-day operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and genuine pride in delivering high-quality presentation.
  • Excellent time-management skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a small team.
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible approach to working hours (including weekends)
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all dining spaces.
  • Physically capable of manual tasks, including prolonged standing, lifting, bending, and carrying.
  • Own transport would be advantageous due to the location.
  • Promptly report any maintenance issues or inventory shortages to management
  • Strictly adhere to Food Safety & Health & Safety processes at all times.
  • Provide polite, professional interactions with guests and respond to any requests efficiently and courteously.

Skills We Love

  • Experience in cafés, bars, or restaurants required (e.g., making coffee, serving food).
  • Experience in hospitality or customer service required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills & a customer-focused smile—perfect for chatting with families!
