Ambition 24 Hours SA is a leading healthcare staffing agency placing skilled nursing professionals across public and private healthcare facilities throughout South Africa. We are expanding our footprint in the North West Province and are looking for a driven, people-oriented Recruitment Consultant to manage and grow our presence in the Klerksdorp region.

THE ROLE

As a Recruitment Consultant based in Klerksdorp, you will be the face of Ambition 24 Hours in the region. This is a field-based role requiring regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships while proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities across the area.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct regular face-to-face visits to hospitals and healthcare facilities in and around Klerksdorp
Build, maintain, and grow relationships with nursing managers, HR departments, and facility administrators
Identify and convert new business opportunities within the region
Source, screen, and place qualified nursing and healthcare professionals
Ensure accurate placement administration, compliance documentation, and timely reporting
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and candidates in the region
Collaborate with the wider SA nursing team to meet regional targets.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 years' experience in recruitment, sales, or healthcare staffing (healthcare sector preferred)
Own reliable vehicle and valid, unendorsed South African driver's license — essential
Willingness to travel regularly within the Klerksdorp region and surrounding areas
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with CRM/ATS systems
Experience in the healthcare or nursing sector will be a strong advantage
