Responsibilities:

• Develop performance marketing strategy and affiliate plan aligned with GMV target across both ecommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada...) and other social platforms (TikTok, Meta, Google...)
• Lead and manage teams across:
  • Performance Ads
  • Affiliate Performance Management
• Oversee paid media planning, budget allocation, optimization and ROI control.
• Manage the affiliate ecosystem including recruitment, commission schemes, performance optimization and traffic quality.
• Monitor performance and analyze key metrics such as GMV, ROAS, CTR, CPA, CPC, and affiliate contribution.
• Ensure data accuracy, reporting clarity and continuous performance improvement.
• Coach team members, set KPIs and standardize execution SOPs.
• Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and external platforms/partners.
