Industrial Coating Inspector at Adf Group

General Expectations and Responsibilities

Inspection of all coating activities and surface preparation.
Perform appropriate in-process inspections.
Checking and evaluating coatings in accordance with specific procedures.
Document inspection activities on appropriate route sheets.
Update inspection progress in the system.
Complete Daily Monitoring Reports.
Interpretation of specifications and standards applicable to contracts.
Report all non-conformities to the QA/QC Manager and complete NCRs when required.
Prepare and sign Coating Inspection Reports.
Detect non-compliant products.
Interpret project-specific quality standards.
Strict adherence to company and job specifications.
Ability to use coating-specific measuring tools.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Knowledge of Microsoft applications and computer systems.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to work autonomously and respect rules of confidentiality.
All other related tasks.
