Senior Mail Ambassador (Class 4)

Job Description

• Perform daily maintenance checks on assigned company's vehicle and report for any fault discovered

• Perform general sorting and allocation of mails and parcels

• Operate company vehicle to deliver / collect mail items and parcels (ranging from 10-30kg) at / to assigned locations

• Monitor and track the delivery / collection status using in-house application in real-time

• Regularly update delivery / collection progress within the in-house application to ensure accuracy

• Communicate with supervisor, customers, or other stakeholders to resolve any issues or delays

• Report any discrepancies, delays, or issues to supervisor for resolution

• Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 4 Driving License

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating a Class 4 vehicle

• Comfortable with 3 rotating shifts (earliest shift starts at 5am, night shift ends at 8am), and able to work on weekends.

• Must have own transportation for commuting during early morning shift

• Familiar with the functions of a smartphone

• Able to speak and write English as the work required reading in English manual and for communication to customers

Additional Information:

• 6 days work week

• 3 rotating shifts (AM, PM, Night)

• Work Location: 10 Eunos Road 8 Singapore 408600, SingPost Centre

• Monthly Basic Salary + Vehicle Allowance + Annual Wage Supplement + Variable Bonus + Medical coverage + Flexi Benefit + Operations Incentive (based on monthly KPIs) + Shift Allowance (based on working shift)
